6. During the machining process, cracks, deformations, and other issues may occur on the surface of the workpiece. Before machining, appropriate heat treatment and rough machining should be carried out to eliminate defects in material properties and blank shape, and improve machining accuracy.

7. By using CNC programming technology to process workpieces, machining parameters can be adjusted, making it easy to achieve automatic machining.


Application scope

CNC wire cutting machine tools have solved many difficult problems that traditional machining cannot solve, especially in the processing of products such as small angle and taper cutting. They have been widely used in industrial fields such as automobiles, machine tool production, and aerospace.
