Filtration

Filtration helps many industrial operations through a wide variety of applications. We offer a wide selection of dust collectors with customization options available in order to serve various industries. Our experts are committed to manufacturing high-quality dust collectors that fit our customers' needs at competitive prices.

Isaac Machinery has experience coming up with solutions to protect our customers from a wide range of dust, including anti-static filter elements, aluminum dust, cast iron grinding dust, PTFE filters, fertilizer dust, and more. Recycling plants additionally utilize dust collectors to manage dust and particles generated during material sorting and processing, contributing to a healthier working atmosphere and preventing dust-related hazards, for instance, in cement fabrication and mining operations, medical and pharmaceutical industries, powder manufacturing, etc. Other applications include use in the automotive, construction, agriculture, glass, and food processing industries, where dust collectors play a vital role in managing airborne particles and ensuring worker safety and product quality.

Overall, dust collection systems have diverse and critical applications across various industries, protecting workers’ health, meeting regulatory standards, and maintaining efficient production processes.

Types of Filtrations:

Industrial dust filter cartridge diameter: 320/325/350/380mm.

Anti-static filter cartridges are used in metal dust, aluminum powder, flammable and explosive dust, and static electricity-prone conditions. We made filter cartridge up to a Filtration accuracy of 3-5 microns μm, and a Filtration accuracy of 0.3 microns μm

Polyester fiber-coated (PTFE) filter cartridges are used in fine dust, welding fume filtration, and other working conditions. Intercept dust and smoke particles above 0.3 microns.

Effect of Filtration

Filter paper filter element: filtration accuracy from 10um to 100um.

The metal filter is made of stainless steel such as 304/316, and the filtering degree is above 10 microns.

Method of Filtrations

Mechanical Filtration: Involves physically removing particles through a barrier such as a mesh screen, cloth, or porous membrane.

Depth Filtration: Utilizes a thick bed of filter media to capture particles throughout the depth of the media, rather than just on the surface.

Electrostatic Filtration: Utilizes electrically charged particles to attract and capture contaminants.

Adsorption Filtration: Utilizes adsorbent materials such as activated carbon to trap impurities through chemical bonding.

Gravity Filtration, Pressure Filtration, and Vacuum Filtration: Different methods of applying pressure or vacuum to facilitate filtration.
